Purpose<\/h2><p>The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter &#8220;GTC&#8221;) govern the sales of<br>dietary supplements in powder form on the website <strong>on the website <strong>O\u2019CARE<\/strong><br>(hereinafter &#8220;the Website&#8221;).<\/strong><\/p><p>They are concluded between:<\/p><ul><li><strong>O\u2019CARE<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Seller,\u201d<\/li><li>and any natural person of legal age acting in the capacity of a consumer, hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Customer.&#8221;<\/li><\/ul><p>Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p><p><strong data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"263\">O\u2019CARE \u2013 KERLAB<\/strong>, a simplified joint stock company (SAS) with capital of <strong data-start=\"316\" data-end=\"328\">\u20ac20,000<\/strong>, registered in the National Register of Companies (RNE) under a15&gt; number <strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"422\">SIREN 944 903 756<\/strong> and in the RCS of <strong data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"445\">Dijon<\/strong>, whose the headquarters is located at <strong data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"514\">13 rue des Roses, 21000 Dijon<\/strong>, France.<\/p><h2>2. Products<\/h2><p>The products offered are food supplements in powder form, compliant with <br>French and European regulations in force at the time of their manufacture. a14&gt; time of their release onto the market.<\/p><p>The products:<\/p><ul><li>are not drugs,<\/li><li>cannot replace a varied and balanced diet,<\/li><li>are not a substitute for medical advice or follow-up.<\/li><\/ul><p>The essential characteristics of the products are described on the Website.<\/p><p>Offers are valid while supplies last.<\/p><h2>3. Price<\/h2><p>Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.<\/p><p>Shipping costs are specified before the order is finalized.<\/p><p>The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.<\/p><p>Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.<\/p><h2>4. Delivery<\/h2><h3>6.1 Terms and conditions<\/h3><p>Deliveries are made in France, the European Union, and internationally, to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.<\/p><p>A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to the Customer.<\/p><h3>6.2 Deadlines<\/h3><p>The delivery times are provided for informational purposes only:<\/p><ul><li>France: 2 to 5 business days<\/li><\/ul><p>The Seller shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.<\/p><h3>6.3 Customs<\/h3><p>For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes may be required and remain the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p><h2>7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2><p>In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>The products must be:<\/p><ul><li>not open,<\/li><li>not used,<\/li><li>returned in their original packaging.<\/li><\/ul><p>To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to the address indicated on the<br>Website.<\/p><h2>8.
