When should it be taken during the day ?
It depends on the O’Care product you are using:
- O’Care Stress & Hydration Best consumed during or after breakfast or lunch.
- O’Care Immunity & Hydration Also best consumed during or after breakfast or lunch. Avoid in the evening due to its stimulating plants.
- O’Care Sleep & Hydration Best consumed after dinner to promote relaxation and prepare for sleep. Each formula has its ideal time to take in order to respect the body’s natural rhythms.
The O’Care range is designed to be taken daily.
How long does a pot last ?
Each jar contains 21 doses.
- The recommended dose is 1 to 2 measuring spoons per day, depending on your
needs. - The three O’Care supplements Stress & Hydration, Immunity &
Hydration and Sleep & Hydration supplements can be taken at the same
time.
It is recommended to take a break of about one week between jars to give the body time to absorb the benefits. A gentle, gradual approach that respects the body.
How should O’Care be consumed ?
O’Care products are powders to be diluted, designed for easy use
and adaptable to your daily routine.
They are mainly consumed as a drink, at a rate of 1 measuring spoon per
day, up to 2 spoons depending on your needs.
The powder can be diluted in hot or cold water, milk, juice,
herbal tea, tea, or coffee, and can easily be adjusted to different volumes (glass, cup,
flask, or bottle), particularly to support hydration throughout the
day.
Occasionally, O’Care can also be consumed as a sprinkling, for
example in yogurt, compote or dessert.
The three formulas Stress, Sleep and Immunity can be combined with each other,
respecting the timing of each product and within the limit of 1 to 2
measuring spoons per formula per day.
